Green, by Design
A landscape shaped by the site’s dramatic change in elevation, from the street to the ocean. On the ocean side, the lawn follows the rolling contours of the property in a sculptural way. At the front, a native plant palette complements the architecture, with a few carefully chosen exotic species adding contrast.
